Le opere oggetto di progettazione definitiva sono 9 di cui n°5 ponti stradali esistenti, n°3 ponti nuovi, n°1 passerella pedonale, n°1 sottopasso, oltre alla realizzazione di paratie di contenimento degli argini e il rifacimento delle scarpate, per una lunghezza pari a circa 3.6 Km.

Due to hydraulic requirements, the bed and banks of the stream must be reshaped, widened and protected with various support structures; in some cases this requires demolishing existing crossings and rebuilding them with a wider span or a different structural scheme in order to improve the hydraulic behaviour of the section, while also respecting the minimum freeboard required with respect to the maximum flood level assessed for a return period of at least 100 years (hundred-year flood).
